As a Montessori, we strive to ensure our environment encourages and assists the development of all the children in our care, to become confident, capable and valued individuals. This is why all our rooms are light, airy, and beautifully decorated. All our equipment is modern as well as age and stage appropriate. We encourage the use of natural and real life objects that develop curiosity, life skills, self-esteem and independence.
It has been widely studied and evidenced that children learn rapidly within the first seven years of life than at any other time, this is where our nursery plays a vitally important role. We support parents in fulfilling the requirements for their child’s complete physical, intellectual, social and emotional development, in a safe and caring setting. Our environments enable children to have independent as well as guided access to all 7 areas of the Early Years Foundation Stage and the 5 areas of the Montessori Curriculum.

We believe a child’s age does not determine the access they should have to learning opportunities, therefore we don’t place children in rooms simply based on age, but carefully consider their ability as well. This is why our rooms are divided into stages not age bands.
